1) 10-Day Window: Accepted within 10 days of delivery.
2) Initiate: Contact us at [support@vyaktiindia.com] with order number, reason, and (if applicable) photos.
3) Condition: Unused, undamaged, original tags/labels.
4) Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 10 business days). Contact us immediately for a prepaid return label.
5) Non-Defective Returns: We'll issue a store credit to your account for the full amount of the returned item (excluding shipping costs) after receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 10 business days).
6) Exchanges: Indicate desired item, shipped after receiving and inspecting returned item.
7) Shipping Costs: Customer responsible (unless defective/incorrect item received).
8) Policy Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns/exchanges.
